Industrial Installations

Industrial installations encompass the complete mechanical and electrical systems that support production processes in industrial facilities. These systems perform essential functions such as heating, cooling, ventilation, water management, and waste disposal, ensuring the efficient operation of businesses.
Beyond functionality, industrial installations play a critical role in safety and energy efficiency, helping companies maintain sustainable and secure operations.

Steam Lines

Steam is produced by applying heat energy to water in a boiler. As the water heats up, it begins to boil, and with additional heat input, it transforms into steam. When steam releases its heat, it condenses back into water at the same temperature.

Hot Oil Lines

Hot Oil Systems are widely used in industrial heat transfer applications that require high temperatures. These systems utilise thermal oil (heat transfer fluid) to regulate temperature without the need for high pressure, making them a safe and efficient alternative to steam-based heating systems.

Hot oil systems are commonly employed in chemical, petrochemical, food, energy, and textile industries due to their ability to achieve high temperatures (300-400°C) without requiring high pressure—a key advantage over steam systems.

Hot Water Lines

Hot water lines are piping systems designed to transport high-temperature water (typically between 110°C and 180°C) from one point to another.

Compressed Air Lines

Compressed air is a vital energy source used across various industries for a wide range of applications. It plays a key role in automating production processes, powering tools, and even assisting with cleaning operations.

Treatment & Soft Water Systems

Water treatment and soft water systems are designed to remove unwanted substances, minerals, and microorganisms from water, making it cleaner and more suitable for use. These systems are widely implemented in both residential and industrial settings.

Natural Gas Systems

Industrial natural gas systems are designed to safely and efficiently supply natural gas for use in large-scale production processes. Unlike residential gas installations, these systems are more complex and require specialised engineering calculations along with strict safety standards.

Chemical Pipelines

Chemical piping systems are closed pipeline networks used to transport various chemical substances in liquid, gas, or even powder form from one location to another. These systems are widely employed in industries such as petroleum refineries, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and chemical processing plants.
